Your Role: Customer Service Coordinator

As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient order processing, and unmatched customer satisfaction. Your impeccable organizational skills, exceptional communication, and problem-solving abilities will make you a vital part of our team.


  • Sale and promotion of services and products to existing and new customers

  • Researching and uploading of sales leads to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

  • Assist with the management sales data in the CRM system. (including quotations, purchase orders, and customer inquiries data)

  • Supporting customer needs and managing customer relationships

  • Stay up to date on all products and services offered

  • Occasional overnight travel for company meetings, events, or trainings




  • Outgoing and social personality

  • Able to communicate products and services with clients in a respectful manner

  • Great customer service and enthusiasm for closing sales

  • Very comfortable with phone calls

  • Capable of doing online research and maintaining client records

  • Comfortable with emails and excited to learn CRM systems (Hubspot)

  • Willingness to learn

  • Focused on meeting deadlines

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude


  • High school diploma

  • Working knowledge of computers and ability to learn basic software

  • Customer service or sales experience not required, but a plus

  • French language skills not required, but a plus
